01 Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing the mk77 platform, registering an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the service immediately. mk77 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes have been made will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms must be read together with mk77's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, all of which form part of these terms.

02 Account Registration and Management

Providing Accurate Information

You must register with correct, complete, and up-to-date information when opening an account. mk77 reserves the right to review and close any account opened with false or fake information.

One Account Per Player Policy

Each player may only hold one active account on mk77 at a time. You may not lend or share access to your account with any third party.

  • If a second account is found sharing the same IP address or device as an existing player, both accounts may be closed.
  • Any bonuses claimed from a second account will be forfeited.
  • Accounts that are linked to each other (family members, same household) may have additional bonus restrictions applied.

Account Security

It is the player's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify mk77 customer service immediately.

03 Age and Location Restrictions

mk77 services are available to players aged 21 and above only. Players who do not meet this requirement (under 21) are not permitted to use any of our services.

mk77 reserves the right to request age verification documents from any player. Accounts found to have misrepresented age or opened in violation of the age requirement will be closed immediately and funds will be reviewed.

Players are expected to check in advance whether mk77 services are legally permitted in their location. If online casino gaming is prohibited in your area, you must not access or play. Any legal responsibilities arising from this rest solely with the player.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

Deposit methods available at mk77 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks.

  • All deposit details must be filled in correctly and completely.
  • Third-party deposits are not accepted — the person making the deposit must be the account holder.
  • mk77 does not deduct any fees from deposits — however, banks and payment service providers may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

  • mk77 reserves the right to verify a player's personal information when processing withdrawals.
  • Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the wagering requirements stated in the bonus policy.
  • When withdrawing your own funds without any bonuses mixed in, there may still be some processing time for verification.
mk77 is not responsible for any losses arising from exchange rate differences. Myanmar Kyat (MMK/Ks) is the only accepted currency.

05 Bonus and Promotion Policy

Welcome Bonus

For players making their first deposit at mk77, we offer a 100% bonus on the deposit amount — up to 100,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.

Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. You must wager 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks before the bonus period ends.

Example 2 — Deposit 220,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 320,000 Ks. You must wager 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks before the bonus period ends.

Bonus Eligibility Restrictions

  • Each bonus can only be claimed once per player.
  • The contribution rate toward wagering requirements may vary depending on which games you play.
  • If you withdraw before completing the bonus wagering requirement, any remaining bonus funds will be forfeited.
  • The wagering requirement must be completed within the set time period — if the period expires, the bonus will be lost.
  • If mk77 detects bonus abuse — such as attempting to withdraw without genuinely using a bonus — mk77 reserves the right to void the bonus.

VIP Rewards

mk77's VIP rewards program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.7%, and Gold members up to 1.0%. Keep playing regularly to move up the tiers — your VIP level is assessed by mk77.

06 Fair Play Policy

mk77 puts fair play first and ensures all game operations are conducted fairly. Every game uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) as its core mechanism to guarantee that all results are truly random.

Prohibited Actions

  • Cheating or bypassing the game through any means
  • Using software bots, auto-clickers, or any other automated tools to play
  • Reverse-engineering game software or attempting to hack it
  • Deliberately seeking out game software bugs to gain an advantage — any discovered bugs must be reported to mk77 immediately
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair edge over them

If any of the above actions are detected, all related winnings will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

07 Player Code of Conduct and Restrictions

mk77 players must treat customer service staff and other players with respect. The following behaviours are prohibited —

  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing staff or other players
  • Submitting false payment details or personal information with the intent to deceive mk77
  • Any activity related to money laundering
  • Bonus abuse or any gameplay designed to exploit bonuses in a way that harms mk77

mk77 reserves the right to restrict a player's account without prior notice if a breach of this policy is suspected.

08 Personal Data and Security

Identity Verification (KYC)

mk77 is legally entitled to carry out identity verification checks on players (KYC — Know Your Customer). When this verification is carried out —

  • A photo of your National Registration Card (NRC) or a copy of your passport may be requested
  • Proof of residential address documents may be requested
  • Proof of ownership of your payment method may be requested

Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is complete, and accounts may be restricted if the player does not cooperate with the verification process.

09 Account Closure and Adjustments

Self-Closure by Player

Players can contact 24/7 customer support to close their account voluntarily. You can also request self-exclusion limits under the Responsible Gaming policy. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned in accordance with the policy.

Closure by mk77

If a breach of these terms is found, mk77 may restrict or close any account without prior notice. Where fraudulent bonus claims, financial misconduct, or conduct violations have occurred, any remaining balance will be determined after investigation.

Dispute Resolution

For any dispute between a player and mk77, the player must first contact 24/7 customer support. If you are not satisfied with mk77's decision, you may contact us again to discuss the matter further.

10 Limitation of Liability

mk77 does not guarantee uninterrupted service — the service may be temporarily suspended due to cyberattacks, malware, or unforeseen technical issues.

  • mk77 is not responsible for any losses caused by internet connection problems or faults with the player's own device.
  • If games become temporarily unavailable due to external reasons, mk77 will not compensate players for any betting funds lost as a result.
  • mk77 is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from the player's own decisions.

11 Terms & Conditions Updates

mk77 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. If significant changes are made, they will be announced on the website, and players will need to log in to their account and agree to the updated terms before continuing to play.
